good used condition. all rubber remains soft & flexible albeit a little dry. some separation fom uppers at bends. minimal stress cracking. 1 small tear to vinyl collar which has stiffened a bit may cause discomfort. style #46 have the tendency to fit large compared to other vintage vans. both list US9 however may fit towards US9.5. check measures
